The genesis of Divyang Legal is attributed to the fact that a lot many organisations across the country are still grappling with the nuances on how to ensure compliance with the RPWD Act 2016 and Rules 2017.
Amongst other services, and in order to assess compliance in the first instance, we undertake a comprehensive compliance audit and which helps us to understand the commitment of the organisation to the laws relating to the persons with disabilities, and further improvements and steps, which are required to make them compliant.
We also provide services of drafting the requisite policies and conduct training for disabled students/ employees and the management of an organisation. These training programs and workshops create awareness about the rights of the disabled.
Divyang Legal also provides legal and advocacy services including drafting, pleading, representing the aggrieved persons with disabilities.
