Divyang Legal, a division of RSB Legal: a full-service law firm, advises individuals as well as organisations on compliances under the laws relating to Rights of Persons With Disabilities. This division was conceptualised and is headed by Narendra Sathe, Advocate, and assisted by Khushboo Sharma under the guidance and mentorship of Gaurav Sharma, Ph.D. Narendra is himself visually impaired and has great drive and enthusiasm in working for rights of the disabled community.
The genesis of Divyang Legal is attributed to the fact that a lot many organisations across the country are still grappling with the nuances on how to ensure compliance with the RPWD Act 2016 and Rules 2017.
Amongst other services, and in order to assess compliance in the first instance, we undertake a comprehensive compliance audit and which helps us to understand the commitment of the organisation to the laws relating to the persons with disabilities, and further improvements and steps, which are required to make them compliant.
